Domestic Property Clearance

Cleaning Service

Forfar Removals provide an optional cleaning service following the clearance of a property. This consists of basic cleaning; vacuuming, surface cleaning and the washing of internal windows. We are also pleased to offer a post builder cleaning service.

Disposal

Registered with SEPA (Scottish Environment Protection Agency) as a Carrier of Controlled waste, Forfar Removals can uplift and dispose of all types of surplus household waste including carpets, beds and all otherfurniture for disposal.

It is our policy to ensure that goods collected for disposal are considered for repurposing or recycling before they are taken to local recycling centres.

Delivery of Goods

We can provide a comprehensive nationwide delivery service where goods are expertly wrapped, packed, and transported.

We are pleased to assist in the selection of an auction room where goods can be delivered in preparation for sale.

Alternatively, at your request we can deliver goods to either a Charity Shop or Recycling Depot.

Should you require time to consider options for the placement of goods, we can provide safe and secure storage facilities at our premises.

The Furniture House

Not all property clearances have to end up with disposal. The Furniture House would be delighted to purchase good quality furniture from single items to complete households.

After my removal company left me in the lurch due to Covid issues, Forfar Removals found the space for me in their schedule and provided exactly the service I needed. Part removals, part storage. Staff exceptionally professional with real respect for my property and my goods. Also went the extra mile to find my wallet which was inadvertently left in a dressing table which had gone to storage. Returned intact. Highly recommended, do not hesitate to, well priced even when I was in a 'corner'!
